This service covers the end-to-end migration of user mailboxes from an existing on-premises Microsoft Exchange environment to Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online). The objective is to provide a seamless transition with minimal user impact, ensuring data integrity and business continuity.

Scope of Work:

• Mailbox Migration:
  Plan, configure, and execute the migration of all user mailboxes from the current Microsoft Exchange Server to Microsoft 365. This includes mailbox data, folder structures, permissions, and relevant metadata.

• Validation and Testing:
  Post-migration validation of mailbox content, access, and functionality to confirm successful migration. Any issues identified will be resolved as part of the service.

• User Communication and Support:
  Provide guidance and communication templates to inform users of the migration process, timelines, and any required user actions. Basic post-migration support will be included to address common user issues.

• Decommissioning of Legacy Exchange Server:
  Following successful mailbox migration and confirmation of operational stability, the on-premises Exchange Server will be safely decommissioned. This includes cleanup of Exchange-related configurations and services in accordance with industry best practices.
